1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Wearbase web application available at app.wearbase.eu (hereinafter "Service"), operated by Martin Švec (hereinafter "Operator").
2. Description of Service
Wearbase is a web application that aggregates and displays health and fitness data from Oura Ring and Whoop wearable devices. The Service allows users to compare data from both devices in a single dashboard.
3. Registration and Account
- A valid email address is required to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- The Operator reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free and Paid Tiers
Free Tier
- 1 connected device (Oura Ring or Whoop)
- Dashboard with current data
- 7 days of history
Pro Tier (one-time purchase)
- Both devices simultaneously
- Unlimited history
- All advanced features
- Data export
The Pro tier is a one-time payment (lifetime license). The current price is listed on the pricing page. Payment is processed via Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
As this is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal within 14 days expires upon activation of Pro features.
If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us at support@wearbase.eu — we will evaluate each case individually.
6. Device Connection
- Connecting Oura Ring and Whoop is done through the official OAuth2 APIs of these services.
- You authorize access to your data directly with the device provider.
- The Operator does not store passwords for Oura or Whoop accounts — only authorization tokens.
- You can revoke the connection at any time in settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Wearbase is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Data is for informational purposes only.
- The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by the Oura and Whoop APIs.
- The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or third-party outages.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content of the Service (design, code, graphics, text) is the property of the Operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without written consent.
Oura® is a registered trademark of Oura Health Oy. WHOOP® is a registered trademark of WHOOP, Inc. Wearbase is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time in application settings.
- Upon account deletion, all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- The Operator may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
11. Changes to Terms
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. You will be notified of changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance.
